Administration Officer- Jewish Care Windsor 

• 3 Months Full time Contract (until 20 March 2026) 
• Rostering Experience in aged care

 About the position

Jewish Care Victoria is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our Residential Aged Care team on a fixed term full time basis. This role is responsible for front of house reception, answering calls, rostering and payroll management.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience managing all aspects of staff rostering, including maintaining the daily master roster, preparing and publishing rosters in line with operational requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely data management for payroll processing through designated systems.
• Experience with using Humanforce (highly desirable)
• Manage and maintain administrative records of each client.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and families, managing admissions, addressing queries and requests.
• Coordinate responses from contractors, property maintenance, and support meetings through room bookings.
• Undertake general administrative tasks. 

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in an administrative or aged care environment is highly desirable.
