This role is responsible for managing client enquiries, identifying service needs, coordinating intake and providing high‑quality administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery.

You’ll form part of a newly established Business Operations and Client Partnerships team - a centralised group designed to streamline support across Disability Services and provide a consistent, positive experience for clients accessing our programs.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong customer service across phone, email and in-person interactions
  • High level of organisation, keeping records and administrative documentation accurate and up to date
  • A reliable, professional approach and the ability to multi‑task
  • Strong client engagement, including identifying service needs and coordinating intake processes
  • Knowledge of NDIS billing and funding, data entry and reporting and CRM systems
  • Experience in the sector is desirable - specifically NDIS knowledge
