About the role

In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and implementation of robust clinical governance frameworks, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care across our diverse service offerings. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, risk management, and adherence to industry standards. This is a permanent part time position- 3 days per week.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in human/disability services, nursing, or a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of NDIS, Human Services Standards, Child Safe Standards, and clinical governance systems.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within disability, community services, and/or aged care sectors.
• Proven track record in delivering quality outcomes, project management, and staff capability development.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex ideas into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams.
