About the role

Play a key role in driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement across Jewish Care services.

This position supports the effective use of our clinical governance systems - from incident and feedback management to risk, performance reporting and quality audits. You’ll be hands-on in optimising digital platforms (including acting as system administrator for Riskman), supporting system users and helping ensure our practices meet industry and legislative standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining attention to detail with system thinking, data and teamwork to make a real impact on client safety and care outcomes.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio flow charts)
• Sound interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and clinical governance systems
• Experience in administration within an aged care or disability environment
• Background in developing or maintaining clinical governance or quality management systems
• Excellent analytical, writing and time management skills
• Flexibility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ICT and software knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• High attention to detail, logical thinking and a structured, efficient work style

Jewish Care Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation and is one of the largest providers of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria and has been servicing the community for over 175 years. Our staff come from all cultural and religious backgrounds, and we provide cultural and spiritual training in the Jewish Ethos.
