Financial Accounting Manager
As the Financial Accounting Manager, you will lead financial excellence across our aged care, disability, and community services. You'll oversee accounting operations, manage audit processes, drive system improvements, and mentor teams while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role is a permanent full-time position, located in our Head Office on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.
You will be a great fit if you have experience in:
• CPA or CA (ANZ) qualification with tertiary degree in accounting or related field
• Proven expertise in accounting standards, integrated computerised systems, and advanced Excel/financial modelling skills
• Demonstrated experience managing accounting functions with exceptional analytical skills to solve complex challenges
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities, with excellent report writing skills
• Transformational leadership experience with proven success in leading teams through change and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives while managing multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
• Experience in aged care sector (Residential, Home Care, CHSP) and NDIS funding models highly regarded
