In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in maintaining and enhancing the gardens, landscapes, and outdoor areas at our facilities. Your expert gardening practices will ensure our grounds are visually stunning, eco-friendly, and safe havens for our residents and staff.

• Tending to the gardens through skilled gardening techniques, including planting, pruning, and landscaping
• Identifying and addressing horticultural issues promptly
• Collaborating with the team to implement creative landscaping projects
• Promoting environmental sustainability and implementing eco-friendly solutions
• Ensuring outdoor areas are well-kept, visually appealing, and accessible for all
• To thrive in this role, you'll need a keen eye for detail, a passion for horticulture, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Relevant qualifications or experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture is highly desirable.
