Jewish Care Victoria is seeking are seeking an experienced and innovative Manager Employee Experience Part-Time (3 Days per Week) to lead the design and delivery of initiatives that enhance the employee journey and strengthen organisational capability across our workforce.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a transforming People & Development team and make a lasting impact on the experience of more than 900 employees and volunteers.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director People & Development, you will lead the development and implementation of employee experience initiatives that improve engagement, capability, leadership effectiveness and workforce outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the moments that matter most across the employee lifecycle, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.

About You
You are a strategic and commercially minded People & Culture professional who is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences.
