Jewish Care Victoria, is a not-for-profit organisation and is one of the largest providers of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria and has been servicing the community for over 175 years. Our staff come from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Knowledge and management of tender processes
• Contract management framework and monitoring contract performance and supplier compliance
• Identifying risk, and developing risk reduction and management strategies
• Knowledge and management of data analytics and modelling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Coordination of contracts for goods and services

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification
• Experience working as part of Procurement Function in a similar role
• Stakeholder management and communications
• Management of sourcing and related RFx activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Contract management skills
• Negotiating skills
• Proven proficiency in the use and application of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
