  • Provide administrative, payroll and data support across Disability Services

The Rostering and Administration Coordinator ensures clients receive support aligned with their needs, preferences and support plans by creating and maintaining accurate rosters for disability support workers. It includes triaging service requests, matching staff to clients, filling shift gaps and validating roster and attendance data.

You will also provide systems and administrative support across Disability Services, contributing to the development of a centralised team that delivers efficient rostering and streamlined operational processes.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in rostering and an understanding of the disability workforce (experience with AlayaCare is desirable)
  • Consistent organisation, maintaining accurate records, data and administrative documentation
  • A reliable, professional approach and confidence managing multiple tasks and time‑sensitive requests
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and Disability sector, including billing, funding, data entry, reporting and CRM use
  • A collaborative, responsive approach when working with support workers, clients, families and internal teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication, good judgement and openness to the changing needs of clients and the organisation
