Jewish Care Victoria is seeking an inspiring and skilled Head of Disability Programs to oversee and elevate our disability programs, including Support Coordination, Plan Management, In‑Home Daily Living Supports, Group Programs, Short‑Term Respite and Supported Independent Living (SIL).

This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who is driven by quality, humanity and outcomes - and who thrives in a values-based, community‑centred environment.

What You’ll Lead

  • High‑quality, person‑led disability services across multiple program streams
  • Operational performance, service quality, risk and compliance aligned to NDIS requirements
  • A capable, passionate workforce committed to trauma‑informed, culturally responsive practice
  • Workforce development and management
  • Innovation, service growth and continuous improvement
  • Strong relationships with clients, families, regulators and community partners
  • Identify and pursue funding and growth opportunities

About You

You are an experienced disability services leader who brings:

  • Strong operational leadership capability in multi‑stream NDIS services
  • Deep understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding and person‑centred practice
  • Experience coaching and leading teams, managing change and improving service outcomes
  • Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, trauma‑informed care
  • A collaborative, values‑based leadership style
  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Social Work, Human Services, or similar
