About the Opportunity

As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll work alongside our experienced team to deliver high-quality care that respects the dignity, preferences and cultural needs of each resident.

What We're Looking For

• Completed a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
• Minimum of one year’s experience in aged care is desirable
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
• Experience providing personal care to assist residents with activities of daily living and lifestyle
• Legible and accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required with responsibility for ensuring up to date knowledge of Residential Care Standards and completion of assessment records in collaboration with the team
• Patience, empathy and respect for individual needs
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
