  • Full Time & Part Time Positions to suit your lifestyle and grading
  • Fixed Term PM shifts Tue, Wed, Thu and Fri from 20/1/26 until 15/1/27 in Caulfield

About you

You are a deeply committed to supporting and caring for people through their later years, working in conjunction with the Clinical Support Manager to ensure the provision of skilled, individualised nursing and personal care services are always present for our residents. You will be a part of a vibrant, dedicated and community orientated team that unites for the common goal of caring for our residents. 

You would be great if you have:

  • Relevant Registered Nurse qualification 
  • Current AHPRA Registration 
  • Aged Care assessments and care plan experience
  • Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse Grade 1 - Grade 3
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care or related healthcare setting - at least two years
  • Good working knowledge of AN-ACC
  • Sound leadership skills and staff supervision to meet care requirements, including management of staff participation
  • Passionate about ensuring that every resident is cared for in a compassionate and supportive manner
  • Work as a member of the nursing team and assist in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care
  • Experience contributing to care planning with residents and families to identify care needs
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
