Empower and support people with disability to maintain their independence at home, using a person-centred active support model to assist with domestic tasks that may include meal preparation, general cleaning, transport and community access.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability)
• Victorian Driver’s Licence and reliable car
• Proven understanding of person-centred approach and positive behaviour supports
• Strong verbal and written communication
• NDIS Worker Screening
• Working with Children Check
• Covid-19 vaccinations (strongly recommended)
