As the Scheduling & Rostering Lead, you’ll play a key role in coordinating Community Aged Care services across Support at Home, CHSP, Claims Conference and Private services. This role ensures client needs are matched with workforce availability efficiently and person-centred, while using data and digital tools to plan ahead, solve challenges and continuously improve how services are delivered.

You will be a great fit if you have experience in:

  • Leading and developing high-performing scheduling and rostering teams
  • Using rostering systems (e.g. AlayaCare) to ensure accurate, compliant data
  • Workforce planning and forecasting to align workforce capacity with demand
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders to address rostering challenges and client needs
  • Reviewing rostering process flows and driving process improvements to streamline workflows
  • Collaborating across teams to create seamless, person-centred service delivery
