We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Content Creator (Creative Content Specialist) who is passionate about design, storytelling and digital content. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who thrives on producing engaging visual content across print, digital and social media while helping share the impact of one of Victoria's leading community service organisations.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications and working alongside a passionate marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape one of Victoria’s most recognised community organisations while constantly learning, experimenting and growing your creative skills

About You

You'll be a creative thinker who enjoys bringing ideas to life and has a genuine passion for storytelling.

You'll ideally have:

• Qualifications in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro or equivalent).
• Experience creating engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
• Photography and videography skills, including editing for digital channels.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing and social media trends.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
