• Casual position, 3 days per week
• Key role supporting Community Aged Care through accurate data entry and system maintenance

We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to play an important role in our Community Aged Care team.

Based at our St Kilda Road office, this position is responsible for the accurate and timely entry, maintenance and management of client and service data across organisational systems such as AlayaCare and Resident Select.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Strong attention to detail, computer and data management skills
• Familiarity with client management systems, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
• Ability to update client and employee records and maintain data accuracy
• Experience reviewing and verifying scheduled visits (e.g. via AlayaCare)
• Ability to collate and report on data trends related to visit verification
• Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively 
• Understanding of privacy, confidentiality and handling sensitive information
• Basic understanding of aged care programs and client service requirements (desirable)
• Experience using AlayaCare or Resident Select (desirable)
