Jewish Care Victoria is seeking an experienced People & Development Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, compliant and high-performing workplace culture.
In this trusted advisory role, you will partner closely with leaders across your portfolio, providing expert guidance on complex employee and industrial relations matters while driving the delivery of our People & Development strategy. This is a hands-on, influential role where your expertise will directly support leaders, strengthen workforce capability and contribute to meaningful organisational outcomes in a values-driven environment.
