As the Scheduling & Rostering Lead, you’ll play a key role in leading a team of Rostering Support Officers, managing daily operational rostering and long-term workforce planning to enable effective service delivery across all care types including Support at Home, CHSP, Claims Conference, and Private services. This role enables person-centred care, matching client needs with workforce availability, while using data and digital tools to plan ahead, solve challenges and continuously improve how services are delivered.

You will be a great fit if you have experience in:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing teams to build capability, support professional development, and ensure high performance aligned with service delivery goals.
  • Leading the development and maintenance of efficient, client-centred scheduling and rostering practices.
  • Using data and digital systems to forecast staffing demand, workforce capacity and optimise resource utilisation.
  • Driving effective use of rostering systems (e.g. AlayaCare), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders to address rostering challenges and client needs.
  • Reviewing rostering process flows and driving process improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborating across teams to create seamless, person-centred service delivery.
