Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support recruitment across our Community Aged Care, Disability and Social Services divisions. As a trusted recruitment partner, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs, provide practical recruitment advice and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

About the role

As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of professional, clinical and community-based roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.
  • Develop engaging job advertisements and manage targeted recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience from application through to offer and onboarding.
  • Provide hiring managers with recruitment advice, market insights and best-practice guidance.
  • Use our e-Recruitment system and recruitment data to improve efficiency, reporting and candidate engagement.
  • Contribute to employer-branding initiatives that strengthen Jewish Care Victoria’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation, organisational policies and appropriate industrial instruments.
  • Identify and support continuous improvements to our recruitment processes and service delivery.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably within healthcare, aged care, disability, community services or another fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience partnering with hiring managers to deliver successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Well-developed stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and establish credibility at all levels.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate-assessment capabilities.
  • A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering positive candidate and hiring-manager experiences.
  • A working knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards and industrial instruments relevant to recruitment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms and other recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using recruitment data and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
